1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between you and Autoflows.dev (referred to as "Autoflows," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using our website at Autoflows.dev (the "Site") and our AI workflow generation tools for n8n (the "Services"), you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our Site and Services.

We may update these Terms periodically. When changes are made, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check these Terms regularly to stay informed about any modifications. Your continued use of the Site or Services after we post changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Service Access

We provide you with a limited, non-exclusive, personal, and non-transferable right to access and use our Services. This access is intended for your personal use, internal business purposes, or professional service delivery as described below. You may not redistribute or resell direct access to our Services themselves. All usage must comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

You are expressly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or proxying our Services in any form. This includes, but is not limited to: acting as an intermediary or broker between our Services and third parties; embedding our Services within another application, platform, or service; charging others for access to our Services directly or indirectly; creating derivative services that rely on or substantially mirror our Service functionality; or otherwise making our Services available to any third party through your account. Any attempt to commercially exploit, resell, or repackage our Services themselves (as opposed to using the workflows generated by our Services) is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate termination of your access without refund of any fees paid.

Notwithstanding the above, consultants, agencies, and professionals are permitted to use workflows generated through our Services as part of their client deliverables or consulting engagements. This means you may create workflows using our Services, customize them for your clients' specific needs, and implement them as part of your professional services. However, this permission does not allow you to create any type of portal, interface, or system that gives your clients direct access to our Services, nor does it permit you to represent our Services as your own. The distinction is that you may use the output (the workflows) professionally, but you may not resell or provide access to the generation process itself.

All content on our Site and Services—including but not limited to text, images, code, designs, graphics, logos, and software—belongs to Autoflows, except for content you may provide. We retain all rights to this content and the underlying technology powering our Services. No rights are granted to you beyond what's explicitly stated in these Terms.

3. AI-Generated Workflows

The n8n workflows created through our AI service are delivered without any warranty of any kind. You take full responsibility for evaluating, testing, and determining if they meet your requirements before implementation. These workflows may contain errors or may not be fully optimized for all scenarios. You may use these workflows for your own purposes or as part of professional services you provide to clients as specified in section 2 above.

While you maintain ownership of any information you submit to our service, by providing this information, you grant Autoflows permission to use it to deliver and improve our Services. This includes a license to process, analyze, and utilize your inputs to generate workflows and enhance our AI capabilities. This permission does not affect your right to use the generated workflows as described in these Terms.

4. User Conduct

When using our Site and Services, you agree not to: (a) submit or share illegal, offensive, or harmful content; (b) misrepresent your identity; (c) infringe on intellectual property rights; (d) distribute spam or unwanted communications; (e) upload malicious software; or (f) violate any applicable regulations or laws.

You explicitly agree not to use our Services for any malicious, harmful, or unethical purposes. This includes, but is not limited to: creating workflows that could be used for harassment, violence, exploitation, deception, or harm; generating content of a sexual, pornographic, or offensive nature; developing tools for scams, phishing, or fraudulent activities; circumventing security measures; or any use that violates ethical standards or could potentially cause harm to individuals, organizations, or systems. Autoflows reserves the right to terminate access immediately and without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that your use violates these prohibitions.

You are expressly prohibited from attempting to "jailbreak," manipulate, or circumvent any safety measures, limitations, content filters, or operational boundaries of our AI systems. This includes, but is not limited to: inputting prompts designed to trick or confuse the AI; attempting to extract unauthorized information; exploiting vulnerabilities to override system constraints; using specialized techniques to bypass content policies; or otherwise attempting to make our AI generate content that violates our terms or ethical guidelines. Any attempt to compromise the integrity of our AI systems is grounds for immediate termination of access.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities occurring under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

5. Data Protection

Information we collect from you is handled according to our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as outlined in that policy, which is considered part of these Terms.

6. External Links and Resources

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These external resources are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content, functionality, or practices. Your interactions with these third parties are solely between you and them. We recommend reviewing their terms and policies before engagement.

7. No Warranty

Autoflows and its team (including employees, directors, and affiliates) will not be liable for any damages—whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential—arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. This includes but isn't limited to loss of revenue, profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our maximum liability for any claims related to these Terms or your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for access to the Services during the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Autoflows and its team from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: your use of our Services; your violation of these Terms; your infringement of others' rights; or any workflows or content you generate or modify using our Services.

10. Term and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our Services at any time, with or without notice. We may also terminate or suspend your access immediately if we determine you've violated these Terms. Even after termination, relevant sections of these Terms will continue to apply where appropriate.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Autoflows operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
