These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Autoflows.dev websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
IMPORTANT:Operational Risks: Depending on your configuration and integrations, AI features may read, write, modify, or delete content in connected systems (for example, files, code repositories, or databases) or post content to external channels (for example, issue trackers or public forums) at your direction. While we employ safeguards and leverage advances in model alignment to reduce harmful behavior, errors can still occur and may, in rare cases, result in unintended modification, deletion, or disclosure of data. You must configure approvals, least-privilege permissions, and safeguards; thoroughly review prompts and outputs; and validate actions in a non-production environment where feasible.
IMPORTANT:User Backups: You are solely responsible for maintaining current backups and/or snapshots of any irreplaceable or important data and for implementing rollback strategies. We strongly advise keeping off-site backups and versioning enabled for connected resources.
IMPORTANT:Autonomous Mode: If enabled, the Services may autonomously build, execute commands, run scripts, modify files, manage infrastructure, or invoke external APIs at your direction and based on your configurations. Autonomous Mode is provided "AS IS" and may make mistakes. You are solely responsible for the outcome of the agent's actions when in autonomous mode. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autoflows is not liable for any errors or damages arising from or related to Autonomous Mode, including without limitation data loss or corruption, service downtime, security incidents, or unintended disclosures.
The Services may include features powered by third-party AI model providers. Outputs may be probabilistic, may contain errors or biases, and should be independently reviewed. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of outputs. You are responsible for your use of outputs and for implementing appropriate human review, particularly in high-risk contexts.
We contractually restrict AI providers from using your prompts or outputs to train their models to the extent possible. However, you should avoid including sensitive personal data in prompts where feasible and ensure you have lawful grounds to process any personal data you include.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms and applicable documentation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services or any feature at any time, with or without notice, subject to any commitments in an applicable order form or service level agreement (if any).
Beta Status; Security Notice: The Services (and certain features) may be offered in alpha/beta or otherwise pre-release form. Such features may not be fully tested and may contain defects or security vulnerabilities. You acknowledge that pre-release features may be unsuitable for production use and agree to implement appropriate safeguards (including staging environments, access controls, and change reviews) before relying on them in critical workflows.
You agree not to, and not to allow third parties to:
Forbidden Activities (examples)
You retain ownership of prompts, data, files, and outputs you submit or generate through the Services ("Content"). You grant us a non-exclusive license to use Content solely as necessary to provide and maintain the Services, including to transmit to third-party AI model providers for inference and to store outputs at your direction.
Use for Research, Testing, and AI Training: In addition to the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that we may inspect, review, and use chat histories, prompts, AI-generated code, and other outputs generated through the Services (collectively, "Interaction Data") for internal testing, research, quality assurance, and development purposes, including but not limited to: (a) training, fine-tuning, and improving our AI models and algorithms; (b) building and refining training datasets and evaluation benchmarks; (c) conducting research to enhance model performance, safety, and alignment; (d) analyzing usage patterns to develop new features and improve service quality; and (e) testing and validating system behavior. Where feasible, we will use aggregated, de-identified, or anonymized data for these purposes. We implement appropriate safeguards to limit access to authorized personnel and protect the confidentiality of your information.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit Content and that your Content and use of the Services will not violate law or third-party rights. You are responsible for configuring appropriate access controls for your Content.
Each party may disclose non-public information to the other party that is identified as confidential or should reasonably be considered confidential ("Confidential Information"). The receiving party will use Confidential Information only to fulfill its obligations under these Terms and will protect it with reasonable care. Confidentiality obligations do not apply to information that is publicly available, rightfully received from a third party, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
We and our licensors own all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, documentation, and brand features. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights are granted by implication or otherwise.
The Services may interoperate with third-party products and services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for those third parties.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ANY PRE-RELEASE/BETA FEATURES AND AI-POWERED FUNCTIONALITY MAY CONTAIN DEFECTS OR SECURITY VULNERABILITIES AND MAY PRODUCE INACCURATE OR UNSAFE OUTPUTS. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDEPENDENTLY VALIDATING OUTPUTS AND FOR IMPLEMENTING APPROPRIATE TECHNICAL AND ORGANIZATIONAL MEASURES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOSS, CORRUPTION, UNAVAILABILITY, OR DISCLOSURE OF DATA RESULTING FROM: (A) YOUR CONFIGURATIONS, PROMPTS, OR INSTRUCTIONS (INCLUDING AI-INITIATED ACTIONS AT YOUR DIRECTION); (B) THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR INTEGRATIONS; OR (C) YOUR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN ADEQUATE BACKUPS, ACCESS CONTROLS, OR SAFEGUARDS.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Autoflows and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your Content or your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any country or entity subject to U.S. or other applicable embargoes or sanctions. You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
If you are a consumer and mandatory law in your place of residence prohibits the foregoing, you may bring claims in your local courts and the governing law of your residence will apply to the extent required by law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective upon posting unless otherwise stated. If changes are material, we will provide notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
